| i work out about 4 times a week doing cardio and crunches, but i just cant seem ti get rid of my annoying love handles. I eat a fairly good diet, but they just wont go away! Any ideas of good excercises or pills that target that aarea and actually work? |

| ab crunches. do them side to side instead of the regular up and down way. i hope you know what i mean. |

| 1.pills don't work2.lay on the floor on ur side and do a sort of side crunch it helped me |

| i've heard if you do crunches to the side it helps. or if you do that leg thing where you pull in one leg at a time while you're in the same position as doing crunches it does that too. if that made any sense at all. haha sorry i hope that helps a little! |

| Stop eating cinnamon buns!Seriously.No more sugar. Cut back on the chocolate (I KNOW it tastes awesome, but it's one or the other), cheeses, excessive alcohol (more than 1 glass), refined sugars (switch to cane sugar or eat more fruits) and NO REFINED GRAINS!!! (white flour, white bread, white rice, white pasta. switch to whole wheats)Make your choice! |

| You cannot spot lose....you can only spot tone. Love handles are just extra body fat. You can't crunch these away....you have to lose the fat that they are made up of.The only way to lose fat (and weight) is by taking in less calories than you expend. You do this by controlling how much you eat and/or by exercising (cardio and weights).When your body does not get the calories it needs from the food you eat, it looks to get them elsewhere- from your fat stores. |
