| back in the 80's there used to be a diet pill that expanded with water to make you feel full anyone know what i'm talking about? |

| Wow sounds good...but I'm sure there are unpleasant side effects. What worked for me was a combination of things. I got downloads and cd recordings about desiring half portions, removing my sugar addiction, drinking more water and getting motivated to exercise more....as much added into my day as possible. I ordered these from www.independentachievement.com Then I also got a boot camp home workout called P90X it's a dvd.....not really equipment...but it's a challenge!!!! I ordered that from beachbody.com Both companies are responsible for how I look and feel today....which is great. |
