halo there; Well, I hav a sister juz like you. She's turning 12 but she weighs only 29kg!! I suggest u should always have vege, fish/meat, rice/noodle and some fruits. My sis is tryin on that. She's sort of gaining weight now. Some people say u should eat more JUNK FOOD! I somehow agree, but not really. I think you should give it a try. Try some fattening foods like choc, or ice-creams or whatever. But, eat it in a moderate pace. Don't take to much, otherwise u'll bloat!!! LOL...Well, gud luck to ya!

It all depends on your height to weight ratio, aka your BMI. You can work this out over the internet, just Google it. If it's under 18.5, then you will need to gain more weight. Go to the doctors, who will put you in touch with a nutritionist or dietician. They will be able to structure your meals, but generally, you should be eating vegetables, protein and carbs with each meal, e.g. grilled chicken, mashed potatoes and green salad, for dinner. Something like a tuna wholemeal sandwich with salad and fruit for lunch is a good idea. Don't try to gain weight by eating fatty foods, as that will affect your overall health, by making you feel lethargic, bloated, headachey and just general not nice!- mac x

U r still so young and your body is not yet fully developed. If you eat Carbs without exercising this will help you gain some pounds. I eat alot ov Carbs but I need them as I am in full time training. Hey and be proud you are that tiny, lol.

You are a teenager. Many teenagers are very thin, but they put on weight automatically as they grow older. This is because teenagers have a very high metabolic rate and burn calories fast. So, you should not try to put on weight by eating fatty food, since it may become difficult to lose this fat later.
