Hello,I have a Special K Heart Rate Monitor Wristwatch that my wife got me from her cereals a couple of years back. It's quite good, measuring rate, cals burnt, lowest and highest rates etc.One problem ..... I have mislaid the instructions and can't remember how to use all the functions ..... does anyone know if they are available online (like as a pdf or a scan?) thanks....
