ok so here are my statsim a 12 year old femaleim 5' 9" (ya i know im reeeely tall)i weigh 147 pounds (id like to change that)my body fat percentage is 35%, wich is pretty high, i would like to get that down to below 30% at least, i would actually like to aim for about 25% body fati am fine with weighing more or less as long as the body fat decreases because i understand that gaining muscle means gianing weight because muscles have massi want to do this in a safe, healthy wayno hoodia, diet pills, slim fast, protein shakesi live near seattle (idk if that helps)please any safe, healthy, no gimmick tips would be very much appreciatedpersonally i would like to have my body fat down before swimsuit season rolls around, so like may

Cardo and jumping rope, weights the punching bag is really good . stair steper swiming . are all good as fer as exercising as far as food eat things that don't have a lot of sugar between 1 and 5 grams. Substute rice with more veggies stop eating fast food it has alot of junk in it minimize juice drinking and soda drink more water. Eat suger free jello when you crave a smack.

But where did you find that you were 35% body fat from? If it was from a website, it may not even be accurate.You are so young, that I'd really recommend you speak to your doctor about this.I guess I can recommend that you get involved with sports to build up some muscle and also try to eat lots of lean meat such as chicken, eggs, beans, dairy, fish, etc.
