I want to knock off the pounds, i try and try but i just can't ever seem to stick to a diet and work out all the time. I keep getting more and more weight added on to me. I use to have a good body but I don't now. I want to try pills but everyone says that you gain a lot more once you get off, then I think about surgery but it cost Sooooooooooooooooo much. Does any one have any ideas. I'm 20, 5'1 and 150 LBS, I just don't know what to do any more. I live with my dad still, he got really sick, a heart attack and I don't want to leave him alone, so I live with him. He loves cookies and desserts so there all over my house. Its all there looking me in the face. And sometimes i have a bad day or get bored and just eat and eat, I feel like I can't stop. On top of that I hate veggies, I have never tried one that I like at all. So any ideas on how to change my body. Please only answers that are respectful and helpful, thank you.

You just need to find a diet you can stick to check out http://www.firstinforeview.com/diets there are some great programs that have been proven to work listed on this site. You need to find one of those diets that is easy for you to follow that doesn't seem like a diet.good luck

okay. i think you should know you should be losing weight for health reasons for yourself and for your dad. i dont' think you actually need to you follow a special diet. i believe you just need to plan out your excercise routine. and in terms of eating. you can still eat a BIT of sugary treats. because if you just hold it in not eating them, you will just binge on them later which is even worse.for starters. you should try eat salad WITHOUT dressing for lunch. and dinner should be pasta with natural tomato sauce without all those fatty meat or cheese. occasionally you can treat yourself to ice-cream. and you should also take at least half hour jog or one hour walk. it's not that hard, really coz it isn't as if you're starving yourself, just eating more selectively

try cutting down on sweets little by little. I know it's hard when they're always there, but once you get off of them for a while and gradually you won't feel the need to go back on them. Also, if you're a soda drinker, try easing off of that too. once you get rid of most sweets (once in a while won't hurt much), you'll notice the ponds dropping. also, try swimming or bicyling, they're both fun and easy ways to get your heart rate up. Good luck! =]

i agree with Doris... dont look at it as a diet look at it as life style change- take my example: i lost 15 lbs in 6 months most people say that is a long time to lose that much weight... but it took so much time 4 me because i did not completley change by eating habits- i was however consuming less junk food then before and i was watching how much i ate- i started exercising a lot more- about 3-4 times a week for about an hour each day... and when im not exercising im walking... now that im in school again and i see that i cant exercise i take walks just so that i can get moving... if u do it my way it's somestimes frustrating because the weight takes time to come off so u dont see drastic changes for a few months... o and dont forget to drink lots of water! if u need any help email me at melissagiancola@yahoo.ca

Diet Pills= Weight Cycling. It's bad for your body. Weight cycling is when you lose like 5 pounds gain it back and lose it again. Dump all the sweets. They're not going to help. Often times it's easier to diet and stick to a plan when you're doing it with someone such as a friend. They're always there to motivate you especially during workouts. If that doesn't work, trying getting a trainer. I know it cost a lot sometimes, but if this is something you really want or need to do, they'll help you. It may be difficult, but you'll feel a lot better afterwards and you'll learn the habits to where you don't need the trainer anymore.
