| you could have a thyroid problem which means you wont lost weight easily.but also, your diet seems quite extreme and your body will be wondering whats happening and trying to fight it, so it will grab onto as much energy as possible.you may also have built up muscle which weighs more than fat. get your body fat percentage measured, thats the best way to know. |

| First off get rid of all that BS of pills and slim fast and not eating crap!!! Stick to manageable exercising and great eating. Next see your doctor and have him/her pull a full on blood panel. Make sure they test you for your thyroid. I had gained over 77 pounds in two months from no where and it happened to be my thyroid, before knowing this I was beyond athletic and always ate great. But I never lost weight and only gained weight with much activity and diet. SO.... Eat right, switch up your exercises every three days or have a rotation because your body gets use to the routine and you'll plato in weight lose if you stick to the same thing everyday. |

| In my world I want to eat whatever I want when i'm hungry and just stop when i'm satisfied and exercise and call it good..... though to really speed up your metabolism you need to eat 5 - 6 small meals a day. Also you need to do weight lifting and cardio both. By weight lifting you will build muscle which speeds metabolism and burns more fat around the clock.. so do that plus cardio. Get rid of the diet pills. They're bad for you... they will cause health problems down the road. Try to limit your slim fast to every now and then... sometimes I dont feel like a meal so I have a protein smoothie instead.. but I dont do this everyday.Eat a larger breakfast like oatmeal and fruit with milk. Then have a snack a couple hours later (fruit or something)Then eat a well portioned lunch... chicken and vegi's Then another snack Then a well balanced dinnerand for a snack after dinner have some green teaJust try changing up your diet for a week and see if you lose anything... if you're eating all GOOD for you foods then i'd be shocked if you gained weight .... unless the weight gain came from muscle (since muscle weighs more than fat)... |
