i'm average height/weight.. 5'11 160.. and i've been working out for 2 weeks with a lifestyle change in diet.. but i feel really fatigued/tired.. any suggestions on how to get some extra energy without dangerous pills? any certain foods i need to be eating? i've really been avoiding sugar.. could this be a problem?.. thanks for your time..i drink tons of water. literally 1-2 gallons a day.. i think i may not be eating enough carbs.. i eat a lot of protein and some green veges/sweet potato a day but possibly not enough..

I'm not too sure about fully natural ways but I find that energy drinks with taurine, ginseng (natural), caffeine and sugar can help my day really well.

Possibly dehydrated or lack of stuff like magnesium, fiber, etc. You might also not be getting enough sleep. You could also be starving yourself when you dont know it. Ask a doctor or search on the internet for sympthoms-fatigue

I would think that your body is lacking vitamins and minerals. Since being on this heatlhy meal plan i gave gained loads of energy. Alot of people that go on diets and cut out foods do lack energy, cause our body does need a certain amount of sugars, carbs and fats. The meal plan i am on is completely natural. I know you can order samples packs for $12.95 postage, no obligation. The site is www.naturalw8loss4u.info. Good luck.

When I was in sports, we had to take food supplements to make sure we got all the vitamins and minerals that were being used with excessive exercise!Especially during competition! At that time there was a food supplement that was called "nutriment", I don't know if they still have that, I believe nowadays they use "ensure", and there are other protein food supplements, especially for sports!
