| I'm 17 years old, female, 5'5" and weigh 150 pounds..in the last year I gained 20 pounds, mostly from the stress from my parents divorce.. ANYWAYS.. I would really like to see myself back at 130 pounds, and I don't know what to avoid.. carbs? I just don't know.. I'm really determined but I feel like I'm getting no where when I work out and eat 'healthy'...Please help me come up with a food plan.. something cheap.. that sounds odd, but really..eating healthy can get expensive..Any help would be great, thank you. |

| Eat smaller servings of meals Have healthy snacks like nuts & fruit but only one serve of fruit or a handful of nuts.Stay away from soda's and junky snack foods.Other than that fresh is best not packet |
