k ive started to excersize have a good diet plan.but ive gained 8 pounds howw ? im was 160 but now i weigh 168im 5'5 ive been trying to lose weight for about 2 months noww helpp ?

You should do as I do. First, sign up for a gym membership. Then excersise AND workout every day for 5 days a week. Maybe you could burn about 200-300 calories on the bike, then once you're warmed up, you can do a work out. If/when you work out though, you should not do the same muscle two days or more back to back. You should alternate muscle groups for maximum efficiency. Here's an example of a weekly schedule: Monday: back/biceps, Tues: Legs, Wed: Shoulders, Thurs: Abs, Fri: Chest and Tricep. When you work out your muscles, your metabolism increases and you burn calories faster. This means faster weight loss! Also when you work out, you will be able to preserve muscle (you tend to lose fat and some muscle when you exercise eg. cardio bike). Don't forget to eat lean proteins while you work out: chicken, milk, soy, whey (protein powder). Also, you should:~Drink plenty of water~Eat 5-6 small (fist sized) portions a day. This keeps your metabolism high~Keep your eye on caloric/fat intake (or carb if you're into that)~Do little things throughout the day to burn calories here and there, they add up. Example, take the stairs, walk to the water cooler, park farther in the parking lot...If you stick with the workout regimen above (even for a few months) and follow the above tips, the pounds will melt off you. You don't even need dangerous OTC stimulants.I went from 190 to 148 and I've kept the weight off. I'm 27. Good luck!!!

It is probably just holiday weight gain, it happen to me too, mine so bad that I have to suck in my gut to button my jeans,

your body is just putting on bone mass relax ur gonna gain some more wait but then youll start loosing it
