I have been eating junk food the past two weeks and not been working out..I was seeing results, now I'm gaining weight and getting chubby again..What are some ways to re-motivate myself, as well as start fresh

Ok... there's no gentle way of doing it, other than just do it."Fake it til you make it"... you'll be back on the horse in 3 workouts or less... I promise. Most people wait around until the motivation hits them, without realizing that motivation must be created. Take a 5 mins to sit in a quiet room, close your eyes and see yourself at your ideal fitness & health level. Then immediately go and workout. You'll be amazed what your mind can do for you when you trust it.
