| Hi I'm 19 years of age, ive been chubby since i was about twelve,in the last few years i've gained a bit of weight, i'm 6 ft tall and weigh about 222 pounds so i need to lose 47 pounds, i have joined a gym, and plan to lose the weight, will i get loose skin? |

| as you are only 19, more than likely your skin will return to normal,just get stuck into weight training |

| Very doubtful. Skin at your age has alot of elasticity, plus its not like you are losing half your body wait. The muscle will also help. Best of luck! |

| You have taken the first step to a healthier body and I congratulate you. If you lose weight gradually, your skin will not appear to be loose. The lost of fats and water content could sag your skin somewhat but with regular daily exercise, your muscles will help to tone the skin. |
