Hi all. Is it okay to wrap clean plastics bags on thighs and waist while doing exercise? I do yoga and pilates. I do find that I sweat 2 times more than without the plastic bags.Serious answers only. Please, and thank you! |

| its ok to sweat. but you need to make sure you drink lots of water otherwise you will find you will be light-headed and dizzy. and if you dont replenish with water you will find you might lose some weight but thats not good because it will all be water weight...hope that helps |

| you dont have to use plastic bags... go to a local Walmart and buy a sweat suit.. its no more than 10 bucks... in the fitness section i sweat 2 times more with the suit on. but it seems to me like your only trying to target those areas. |

| we used to wear plastic sweats during wrestling practice. It helps you to sweat. Is it a long term weight loss strategy?not really.I would make sure that you are in good health. a few years ago Kory Stringer died in football training camp from heat stroke. |
