| how long till you see results? and does yoga slim you down well? what about pilates?to stephanie-omg. im 15 and i do yoga and stuff on demand! haha i've had on demand and yesterday i decided that i wanted to explore exercise on demand and well...here i am.! thanks...i hope i start seeing it soon. i wanna have slimmer thighs and flater abs. |

| you can see slight changes in the mirror almost immediate, same day and next day, weight might also drop half a pound to a pound or so on a daily bases all depending on what and how much you doGetting six pack abs takes longer and depends a lot on the individual, some people never develop them no matter how much they do |

| Well, I'm right here with you! I'm 13 going on 14 soon and I am an athlete. But for some reason since,, well ya know, puberty, -LOL-, I have gain some extra weight. Espcially cellulite on the back of my legs and lower bottom. I started only drinking water. And I eat fruit when I feel the munchies. But anyhooooo. I walk 1 mile a day and run 1 mile a day. I just started 2 days ago and you can see it already. I use a Yoga ball and do yoga on demand ^-^. And I do kick boxing on demand and do those exercises everyday! Im going to FL within the next 11 days and I wanna look good. LoL but going outside, kicking the soccer ball around, shooting some hoops, thats what I do for fun. Dont do much pilates but do some running, kikckboxing, and yoga for legs, abs, and thighs, and you will look great. ***Remember*** Keep a stable and healthy diet! ;] |
