| I want to lose weight all over my body not just my stomach. I want the quickest HEALTHIEST way. I am a 5'3'' female, I weigh 125lbs and I am 15.I don't want bulky muscle, I just don't want to be flabby. I basically want a slender feminine shape that'll get guys attention. Would pilates or yoga help? |

| A little exercise , 20-30 minutes a day , just like dancing or swimming or whatever you enjoy and cut down 300-500 calories a day. |

| Pilates will definately help to lengthen and shape your muscles, but to lose fat you need to do 30 minutes of cardio at least three times a week. Weight training will also help, won't make you bulky since women have to train really hard to achieve bulk, but will tone your muscles and help you burn more fat |

| i suggest running (or biking/ swimming/ dancing) 30 - 60 minutes most days of the week. have you seen runners? they are usually skinny. yoga & pilates will help you also to be slender yet toned, not bulky. good luck! |

| I'm 5 2' and 14, and I weigh 107 pounds. I do Tai Bo Advanced every day. It's an hour long video that has a 30 min cardio and a 30 min workout that tones your butt and abs. It works so well. I lost 2 inches off my hips and 1/2 inch off my waist in 3 weeks of doing it. You can get it off of Amazon.com for only a couple of bucks! With Tai Bo, I'm now a size 1...and so can you!!! Good luck!!! Tai Bo burns 1,000 calories an hour! |
