I think it's New Balance, but the shoes are shaped like Gothic Lolita rocking horse shoes, almost perfectly curved on the bottom to sculpt calves and improve posture. They were featured in an Avon magazine (through Bally's merchandise I think) and I've seen a few variants in Shoemania. Does anyone know?
