I need some suggestions for cardio workout videos that you like.I'm not opposed to something different, like yoga or pilates.

Women's Health has an excellent video, called " The Ultimate Fat Burn". It incorporates hand weight into a cardio routine. So you firm up while you lose weight. It's great!!! All you need is a workout mat and two 3lb hand weights. I bought the video at www.amazon.com

My absolute favorite cardio workouts are the Turbo Jam workouts. They're fun and the instructor isn't obnoxious or annoying, simply motivating. I would say Denise Austin's workout videos are also good, however she annoys me to no end. Also, the Firm DVDs are good, Alison Davis is my favorite instructor for that set. Good luck!

Try TOTAL BODY CARDIO TONING--I got it usedon Amazon. I was looking for a good workout, withan instructor with a pleasant manner and not too muchblathering, and yelping--Tanya is good--she works youhard, and inspires without annoying or intimidating! Both men and women I've recommended it to, like it.I am 56 btw--and can't do the whole thing yet--but I'm WORKING at it. There are a few choices on the disk--good luck.
