|
|
| I recently lost 25 lbs. (In 3-4mo's) by watching what I ate, walking at a fast pace on the treadmill for 20 minutes, then 20 on the stationary cycle, and lifting weights. I have hit my plateau and am still at an unhealthy weight (5'6 and 188 lbs). I decided to mix my routine up a bit and do the bike for 20 min. and then jog a mile, instead of walking. Will this help me break my plateau? |

| Yes. Jogging will help. It's not easy at first, but keep pushing yourself and you'll see your weight drop. |
