I have my weight loss plan all ready to go and start working on it. I set up my own meal plan that is going to work for me total calories is 1,598 calories daily. I will do 40 minutes of cardio 6 days a week and strength training 5 days a week. I am a 20 year old woman 190 lbs. 5 feet 7 inches. My big goal is to eventually lose 40 lbs. Small goal is to lose 2 lbs. per week at the most. my BMR is 1,702.40. How does it sound? Is this a good plan for me to lose weight? i have put alot of time into figuring all this out, so im really hoping it works!!!
