Okay so Mon-Fri i exercise I Spin/cycle on a stationary bike Monday, wednesday, and Friday for 20 minutes . And i walk for 15 minutes tuesday and thursday. I just want toned legs, not too muscular, will doing this make me muscular

Its extremely difficult for a woman to become very muscular. The body builder women, hours and hours and hours of hard work.You have nothing to worry about.

Be careful with the spinning. Riding a bike builds up your glutes. That leads to a big muscular butt (firm, but bigger).

Unless you're using weights for training and you're pushing All legs group muscles to exhaustion you'll only tone up, and with what you're doing you'll see a difference in about a month and a half. Want to tone a little faster, do calf raises and work the quads with a leg extension machine. Light weight 12 to 15 reps three sets. Calf raises, at least 50 at a time using only your weight, squeeze at the top of each movement.
