hey! It's me again!;p Well i'm a 14 year old girl and i'm tryin to lose some weight! I'm not overweight but I'm not pleased with my body. (48kg and 1.62m) So i heard that i should try not to eat the same breakfast every day for better results. I usually eat 2-3 rice cakes (17cals each) with sugar free marmalade and 1 cup of milk (90cals) before school! Then at school i eat 1 apple! Could someone suggest other combinations for my daily routine that i can eat and its less than 250 cals??thx!:)xxx |

| You're eating all carbs. And not much of anything. Ditch the rice cakes, they are fluff. Have an egg, string cheese, lean ham or turkey. |

| Ideal weight for a girl is 45. your weight is ok.take example of football players as i am.. they look very smart and look like as they are 70 to 80 KG.. but their weight is 60.. avg. so weight effect your look very little bit.Try to do exercise in morning before breakfast. stretching exercise is best. do exercise 5 to 10 minutes. not too much as u r not a sports women. then drink juice and eat maximum 3 breads.. keep on drinking water in house, in school etc.. as water makes your blood thin and it becomes easy for heart to pump. less water makes blood thick. in afternoon breakfast, you can have meal of vegetables, seeds and light foods. and remember, no meat of cow or big animal, and no fat... not at all.. and stop eating outside food. juice again in evening and then at night, have a good meal. but no fats in that also.you will become smart, sexy, and more attractive.. as you will look FIT.you should have power in your body also.. if u continue like this, u will loose weight but u will loose stamina, energy, power as u r not getting correct energy, power. without cell, clock cannot run.. |

Hi Kasandra,I don't think you need t lose much more weight - you maybe need to tone up so that you're happier with your body. Swimming is great for working all of your muscles.for breakfasts try to eat wholegrain cereals or brown toast, these will fill you up. You could have a boiled egg, or scrambled eggs as these have protein in them & are good for you.Good luck! |
