Im 17 year old girl and im in serious need of losing weight please someone give me ideas on how to do it pleeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaasssssssssssssseeeeeeeeee!!

Try Juice Plus. I did. Juice Plus is fruits and vegetables in capule form. With plenty of water you will stay full. Also try Juice Plus Complete. It's in powder form. Drink as much water as you can and excersice. The main key is to eat smaller meals. At first it will be hard but after a week your stomach will be use to it and you will feel full with smaller portions.

Watch your diet (more fruits and veggies) and exercising 3-4 times a week (Cardio)It helped me tremendously!!!! I will help you too.

No soda, no fried foods, no sugary snacks or cakes...with that said your left with veggies, steamed not buttered..fruit..lean meats..chicken fish and stuff like this..lots of excersize and lots of water..you can do it..!!...start right....now!

Just eat right and work out a few nights a week...don't eat junk food and don't drink any soda...

I can suggest you the following:Start a diet - Winter diet is good for beginning.Exercise - it can be just walk (5 km per day at the beginning), run, dance,s wimChange the diet after two weeks - start new one, continuing exercising. EXERCISE!!!!! Walk 30-60 minutes a day. Eat lots of fruit and veggies, beans, legumes, lean meat. Don't eat sweets, fatty foods, fried foods. You will lose weight. If you can't walk 30 minutes, then walk 10 or 15 and work your way up to 60 minutes a day.

A tip on smaller portions:While you are eating your plate of food, stop half way through and sit for five to ten minutes before continuing to eat. Most of the time you will realize you are full and do not need to eat anymore. There is no real quick weight loss. Eat healthy (fresh veggies and fruit) and exercise. Also try to drink a bottle of water every hour, it will make sure you get enough water and help suppress your appetite.

the process of weight loss is more complicated than you think. dont just decide to start dieting. it never works. talk to your doctor,or a healthcare proffesional. they will help you design a lifestyle of eating and exercise that suits your age, schedule and goals. and while someone is monitoring what your doing, your less likely to give up. it might be embarrasing to talk about with people, but once you admit it...it becomes more of a serious commitment and therefore more likely to succeed. if you want to lose weight you'll have to work hard for it.

eat a little amount of food about 5 times a day and make sure it's healthy. Try exersising and drinking 10 cups of water a day. Chew your food twice as much as you normally would so your digestive system is happier and you know when your full. If you get hungry, drink, it could be your body playing tricks on you. good luck xxx

Okay well, i know this sounds like i work for the special k company, but i dont, i'm still in middle school,,, any way the special k diet really works, i ate what it told me to eat for 4 weeks, and i lost 12 pounds. obviously, i was hungry at first, but my stomach eventually got used to it and itstartedtoreally fill me up. Also walked for 30 min a day it helps!!!

make small changes that you can stick to. don't try to get on a diet and exercise kick all at once-- it'll be too hard and you'll give up. so pick a few small things you will change and do that for a week. the next week, change another few things, while keeping the first thing going. some small changes you can make:1. on sandwiches, replace mayo with mustard.2. stop drinking sodas and juices and replace them with diet sodas or (even better) water.3. park further away and walk (at stores, malls, work)4. take the stairs. 5. do stomach crunches/pushups/lunges during commercials. 6. pack a lunch instead of buying fast food at school.talk to your parents about your desire to eat healthier and exercise and see if they will help by preparing balanced meals.

Rule number one - do NOT resort to weight loss pills - they only work temporarily and give bad side effects - i have a friend who tried this and ended up putting on more weight than what she started with. The proper way to lose weight is the burn more calories than you ingest. So, you should choose low fat foods, cut down on the sauces and ice cream and junk food, andget lots of exercise. I lost 15 pounds in 3 months by watching what i ate and exercising regularly, every day. I would recommend going to a gym, they have great equipment to help you. Make sure that you pace yourself, you will not lose weight in one day - remember, weight loss is 95% willpower.

Drink milk in the morning... and drink plenty of water throughout the day....Milk helps u lose weight fast and if u drink it when u wake up it kick starts ur metabolism. Also eat things like yogurt, fruit and cereal in the morning. Dont eat past 8:00 at night and excersise.. You dont have to stress on what u eat as long as u dont over do it.. Try things like this so u won't miss out on eatin the foods u enjoy.. If you eat fried foods take the skin off lil things like this will help.. Also if u drink milk and plenty of water it will speed up ur metabolism and also curve ur appetite.. I did this and kept the weight off for 2 years even after a baby(lost all my baby weight after i delivered without even dietin)...Trust me it's better to do it naturally than with pills cause it'll be harder to gain weight in the future..ULL KEEP IT OFF!!1
