Since it's only one part of your diet it really depends on how many calories you are getting with your meals. Obviously if you want to lose weight less calories is better however since it's hours till dinner you might want something quite substantial. I would aim for 100-200 calories. X

I have the same exact schedule. It really depends on your height, weight, age, and gender, because that determines how many calories you should eat daily. I have about 200-300 calories when I get home. That is my ONLY snack for the day, if you snack more often then you would want less than that. Today it was a toast with a bit of peanut butter and an apple. I find that that's enough, but not too much. Holds me over until six. But I'm very very small for my age, so you may need more. It all depends. However, as long as you eat healthy foods (think fruits, veggies, complex carbs, nuts, and lean protein), you should be fine. Good luck!

Great post! I totally understand how you feel. I'm also trying to lose weight and I found this great product which is working for me (it's all 100% natural). You can check the website at http://thin-and-free.us , I had a free trial and paid less than $5.00 shipping and handling. Best of luck!
