I wanna start doing yoga or pilates either one but i dont know if they help you lose weight or is it just get u less tense? And if it does help you lose weight will help lose a lot of weigh or just a bitPLZ HELP Very Happy

they can help you lose weight but the weight loss is very very slow. we're talking YEARS to see any kind of major results. it just depends on how much weight you want to lose. if its a lot (more than 5lbs) then i wouldn't rely on just yoga and pilates to lose it. you can still do them, but you should add in some brisk walking or biking...whatever else you like to do for 30minutes daily.

just a lil bit but if u jog or do good power walks while doin pilates every day u could drop al ot . pilattes and yoga make u so flexable release stress and tone everywhere

bikram yoge (hot yoga) definatley helps you loose weight.. alsoo daily pilates

I will recommend exercising in a REALLY proper way which does not cause lots of tireness
