I have a treadmill that when I am in an active stretch I will do 20-30 min about 3-4 days a week. Have been off the diet wagon for much too long. I am looking for practical advice regarding pilates and/or yoga. I am struggling with motivation so I dont want something so extreme I will feel so defeated and dont /cant continue. Please share your experiences and success and point me in the right direction.Thank you for your time!

Pilates is much more effective. It works your core, strengthening it and you can really feel it everywhere. I found yoga is boring, and simply just stretching. I didn't feel any benefit.

I asked this question last night, and I did not get very helpful answers, but I would say from doing my own research- pilates seems to be the winner. I purchased a couple pilates exercise videos last night. Good luck!
