| Okay, I still am having a problem getting motivated to start working out again, for a while thier I was doing so good, working out at least four days a week, I found I love yoga and pilates a lot, but this was all after I had taken a 12 week maternity leave and actually had the time in the day to do these work outs. Now, I am working full-time again, taking care of my kids and also go to school two nights a week to finish my degree, and my husband is very supportive of me, I know he would stay with the kids so I can work out, their is no doubt about that, but now being back to work, and starting school back up, I look forward to sleeping when I can rather that going to the gym, even if it is a yoga class which should relax you!! When I get home I just crash, help me get motivated!!I know I need to do this, otherwise I will wind up tired and cranky, what can I do??? |

| If You Are Truly Motivated To Lose Weight You Will Make The Sacrifices Necessary To Get To Your Goal Weight Or Your Best Shape Possible. It'll Be Hard But The End Results Will Be The Best & Once You're There You'll Be That Much Happier & If You Find Yourself Falling Of Track Think Of When You Get Your Flat Stomach. I Mean Everybody Has a Diferent Reason Why They Want To Lose Weight. For Me I Wanted To Look Better, Feel Better, & Get A Better Selection Of Girls. I Did It For Me Though Because In The Long Run I Knew That I Was The Only One That Needed To Be Satisfied With Myself. Not The Girl Down The Block Or The Boy That Was Picking On Me In School Everyday(Just An Example) . If I You're Happy Than That's All That Matters.Good Luck!! |
