I started a vigorous workout and healthy eating plan on January 2ond to lose 3 inches of fat in my lower stomach. As of today, I have lost 1 inch in my arms and legs, and 1/2 inch in my upper abdominal- so I must be doing SOMETHING right- however, I did not lose anything in my lower stomach (which is the area I have been targeting!). this summer I was 3 inches smaller in my lower stomach area, and everyone has been noticing the recent gain, so I am trying to get back to what I was. I do a lot of cardio each day, along with pilates, yoga and other toning exersizes, and a zillion types of ab exersizes. I use different dvd's and programs to try to keep my workout fresh. I eat healthy throughout each day and have cut-down my deserts from 7 nights a week to approx. 4 nights a week so I wont deprive myself all-together. what else can I be doing to target this area?

take organic unrefined vergin coconut oil. do this for thirty days and see what happens, better yet, do a colonic cleanse. get it at the health food store or go on the internet.

you will lose fat in that area if you keep eating correct. Makes sure your protein to carb ratio is correct to promote fat loss.For best results, eat six times a day. Try balancing your meals 70% protein 30% carbs. Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels. Eat your proteins from lean sources (Chicken, fish, boiled eggs, lean beef with all the fat drained off) and beans (lentil, lima, chile or any type of bean) For your carbs stay away from breads, pasta and rice. They do provide energy but they are high in calories. Choose leafy vegetables, carrots, raisins, broccoli and fresh fruits. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times per week.Drink 10 to 20 glasses water per day NO SODAGood Luck !!!Eat Right and do Cardio (jogging, aerobics or bike riding 30minutes per day) to burn fat.

Overall, burn more than you take in. Targeting doesn't really work. But you are making progress and taking the correct steps. You don't mention alcohol but cutting it out will help a lot. Deserts occasionally won't hurt. Try cutting back to 3 nights a week and eat "wise" desserts. My favorites are low fat chocolate popsicles. They hit my sweet tooth with little fat. Eat early and go to sleep with just the hint of feeling hungry so you'll wake up starving and ready for a high protein, low fat low carb breakfast. eat a good lunch and a moderate dinner with a wise dessert, no alcohol and plenty of water.

heres how you do it, PUT DOWN THE SNACKS1, what r u some type of animal, control yourself, its not that hard to lose more inches, ive lost 10 inches in two days, just work out harder and better than your doing now, but then again your workout is probably lifting a snickers bar to your mouth, sad it truly is, but anyways do what i told you to and you should be fine, and this is the best answer so i better get awarded for it
