| Hi All,I'm of average build, 5'2" and 105 pounds; HOWEVER, I have very little muscle mass and a lot of blubber. I used to do both weight training and a little bit of cardio, but I ended up building some muscle mass without losing enough fat so I actually looked bigger than before working out. What kind of workouts should I do if I want to avoid becoming chunky with muscle but rather just lose more fat? I definitely need more lower body workouts. Unfortunately, running isn't my favorite activity and I don't have enough time to do more of marathon-type of long distance running. How does yoga/pilates work for my situation?Thanks so much!! |

| Stick with the cardo.. Get your heart rate up to its max and hold it there for 45 min. 220- your age. If you can do that 5 times a week you will speed up your metablims and burn fat. Dont weight train. Do a ton of situps in differnt ways. |

| to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.Breakfast eat 3 egg whites or oatmeal and a fruit.Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil 1 teaspoon and a fruit.Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad / grilled or broil chicken breast with Mrs. Dash on it and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.no eating after 7pm !!do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.Do leg squats against the wall 3 sets of 20 once every other day.Walk for 30 minutes twice a day or jog in the house for 30 minutes if the weather is bad out.Ride a treadmill for 20-30 minutes a day and that should do it.
