| To be honest i need to lose 40 pounds and i dont have much money to but food to eat 5-6 times a day and i dont have money for all that expensive crap like to eat fruit and veggies all the time i just dont got the money any help will be greatly appreciatedcan i eat just what ever i want like a normal portion and no bread no pasta and basically just narrow everything down |

| go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else! |
