| im a 15 year old male and i weigh 147pounds, im 5'7"i want to lose as much weight as i can in 2 weeks for an erotic themed party to which i want to go topless. i am currently eating no junk food and all natural foods (non processed) and going to the gym 3 times a week for and hour a time.is there anything else i can do to speed up my weight lossi am completely open to crash/fad diet options however i cant eat any fruit or veg so most of the ones ive researched arnt possible for me.please help!!!!! |

| What youre doing now sounds just fine. You should lose like 2-5 pounds in the next 2 weeks. But you seem pretty normal weight for your height. If you do the crash diet like a week before the party you will only lose like 7 pounds and it will only be water weight so right when you start to eat normally youll gain it all back in like 2 days. |

| Don't drink and Soda. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Oh and don't eat more than 2500 calories in a day. |
