Okay, I know that dieting is said to make you lose weight but then just put it back on. But I have about 4/5 days to lose as much fat as possible. I have to do a topless dance event and wanna look toned or at least slimmish.I know its not much time and maybe I can't lose much weight in it but are there any tips for short term keeping off as much fat as possible for a short term period? Anything?

sorry, but thats kinda of not possible. you'll lose an ounce at most in that short a period of time

The way that you are going to bur the most FAT is to eat 1,200 calories and burn 4,700.

Drink lots of water and don't eat much (no more than 1500 calories). I lost 6 pounds in 1 week.

Losing weight w/in 4-5 days...that would be water weight only. Drink lots of water or gatorade. Go to a sauna and sit for hours. You can lose 5-10 lbs that way easily. Within 4-5 days, real fat weight you can lose is probably 2-3 lbs max for someone short and 4-6 lbs max for someone tall if you run 1 hr per day and cut diet to half the calories you normally eat. Good luck. Start earlier next time.

have you seen the commercials for Special K cereals? i did and have lost 7 to 8 pounds in three weeks. the first week i lost 4 or 5. look up their website and try it.

they are totally wrong. . you can lose 5-10 lbs in a week but only for the first week. what you do is the weight watches diet. . . you will have to weigh yourself and it will tell you how many points you get each day and once you figure that out you plan your breakfast lunch and dinners to make sure you dont go over your points its hard for the first few days bc your not used to eating less but its worth it. . and if u stick with it you can lost about .5 to 1 lbs a week after the first week. . . all foods are assigned points so you can even have sweets and stuff. . if you choose and you have to measure everything you eat, and make sure not to cheat or it wont work good luck
