I'm female, 5'4", 130 pounds and have a goal weight of 115 pounds. How long will this take? What and how much should I eat, and how much should I exercise? I own an elliptical. How much weight can someone lose in 2 weeks? What about in 5.5 weeks? Thanks so much!

Hi dude, I am in the same position, we have 2 weeks off school and theres a fine girl i want to impress, over the last week I skipped lunch at school and kept the money for electronics =pI have also been doing 60-120 sit ups per day, i am a large 60kg, I am 15, the top end of 9 stoneI can feel abs coming through, and my stomach going downIf you intend to have 3 meals per day here is what i adviseBreakfast - Bran flakes / Special kLunch- Tuna/salad/apple and slice of unbuttered bread/pear and piece of toastDinner -Wholemeal Pasta (it's brown and healthier) with any type of fish I advise Salmon, steam it and mix with the pasta, do not be tempted to add cheesePS. You will lose 20 pounds in 1 month. And don't forget to pick me as best answer

You should stop eating fastfood and eat vetgetables or something healthy for awhile. You will loose weight easier that way in time. Also I ate stringed beans and lost 10lbs because I had Diabetes.
