| I do cardio kickboxing class 3x a week, but would like to add a pilates class to add in an extra workout during the week. I have never taken a pilates class...what can I expect? In what ways does it work the body and is this a good workout to add to my week? Any info appreciated!!p.s. Is this more strenuous than yoga? I took a yoga class before and i didn't sweat and it felt like i wasn't getting a workout at all.Also, if you've done pilates...what kind of results did you see? Will doing it once a week be beneficial at all? |

| It is more strenuous than yoga. It will help stretch out the muscle after kickboxing. It will help you relax and help with breathing techinques. |
