im 15 yrs weight 180(lost 8 pound since october and i wasnt even trying)and my high is 5'5do you think i could weight 155 by july??i do excerices during P.E(we run every day)i dont eat until after school(which is 3:30)cuz i dont like eating at school i dont really get hungry and when i get home i dont really eat alot cuz i drink water and i get full with thatbut anyway do you think i could loss 55 pounds by july??im a try to set some goals like to not drink soda or eat chips

Good! You have made good decisions not to eat oily and junk food. Forget those pizzas and burgers. I think you need a better cardio workout. When you are hungry, drink water. Yea. That would help. And go to the restroom often so you wash away all the bad stuff. And also stretch and exercise as much as possible. When there are stairs, use them instead of the elevator or the escalators. You should clean your room to have a better health.

cutting down on sodas is major. try & cut down on white bread & eat more wheat. eat smaller portions of food but do not starve. Try jump rope. It is great for cardio & your weight. Try to get rid of some of the serious sweets or at least treat yourself every once in a while if you exercise a lot. & try not eating after 8. that is maximum poundage time. idk about 55 pounds that is a lot more weight than you think. but if you really keep pushing yourself i think you will be amazed at what you can do. GOOD LUCK. i hope it all works out

wow, loosing 8 pounds is cool i wish i could do that, but any who i think if your mind is set to loosing weight and your very determined in what you do then sure you might actually get up to your goal,but be aware that if you strain yourself it might cause serious damage so keep that in mind, but reach towards your goal.
