| i have some fat on me stomach and chest and a little on my waist. i exercise 6 days a week and ive cut out a lot of bad foods from my diet but i cant seem to lose the fat. my weight is still increasing but thats because im gaining muscle mass. what type of foods should i be cutting out if i want to lose the fat because obviously exercise isnt the issue. like carbs that kinda thing? and examples of foods pleaseby the way its not a whole lot of fat but i want to be more defined so i want to lose it. im athletic but its just there i dont know how to lose it |

| Feed the muscle, starve the fat. Protein feeds muscle and carbs feed energy. Bodyfat is stored energy. So what you want to do is use more of the stored energy (bodyfat) and add more protein to your diet (tuna, chicken, turkey, egg whites, shake mix, etc.).Incorporate cardio into your workouts, as well as ab workouts (www.abcbodybuilding.com). That will tighten your abs quite a bit. But I must warn you, getting tight abs can be easy. Once you've acheived it, keeping it is alot harder. |

| You need to find a diet that will work for you.Exercising is great but if your not eating the right food's your not going to lose the weight. Check out http://www.geocities.com/tymes90 there are some great weight loss programs there that should help.Good Luck |

As of may 2007, I was 6 ft, 210 pounds and I excersized a lot.. and now i'm 185.. here is how: I stopped excersizing, and I started to lose weight..Then I stopped eating food except a small tiny bits every day, and I started dropping weight.. but then I started making myself throw up and I started losing lots of weight fast.. and now its been many months since then and i'm 185.. So there you have it, that was the technique I learned, and it worked great for me  |

| Hello!Take Xenical exactly as directed on the label, or as it was prescribed for you. Xenical is only part of a complete program of treatment that also includes diet, exercise, and weight control. Your daily intake of fat, protein, and carbohydrates should be evenly divided over all of your daily meals.Follow your diet, medication, and exercise routines very closely.
