I had weight loss surgery in Nov. and the weight is coming off pretty good, but I need to start toning. My upper arms are my may concern, and well my tummy too. I've lost 40 lbs. since Nov. which is good, but I'm starting to see flabby skin. Please Help!!

Toning won't get rid of excess skin, but time will. Congradulations on the loss!

Kickbacks are good, and maybe boxing style punches. 5 lbs weights aren't alot, but just do lots of different exercises in a circuit, try to burn your arms out with volume(arm curls, kickbacks, side lateral bends, punches etc). For your stomach cardio is best at this time, as any crunches tend to push out your stomach, thus making it appear bulkier. Congratulations with the 40 lbs, keep up the good work, and drink lots of water.
