I usually go to the Gym 6 times a week, in the morning. First off I'm on a healthy diet, so eating the wrong things is a non issue, this is concerning my exercise routine.My weekly routine consists of:3 days of cardio at 40 minutes w/ 2 ab exercises, 4 sets of 20-30 reps each. and 3 days of weights and same as above abs exercises. No cardio.This week I stared to do cardio for 30 mins on my weight training days along with the weights, and eliminated the abs for the combine day.Should I combine cardio,weights and abs all together, or should I leave it as is.I've lost 45lbs, I want to keep loosing weight, but at the same time, I want to build muscle and lean out my body fat.Any help or suggestions..I do the Eleptical machine starting at level 12 and working my way down to 8, for 4 miles. With a sweat shirt on.

that routine sounds fine, though i found it better to combine my cardio by doing 20 mins before weights and 20 mins after. It meant 1 longer session total but i only had to do it 4 times a week.Make sure you give yourself at least 1-2 days off per week for your body to recover, otherwise you wont loose weight and just end up fatigued.Eating healthy is the best way to loose weight, but also keep in check the quantity and calorie content. Eating healthy could be taken as eating tons of nuts and avacado, both of which are good, but extremely high calorie foods Smile

Go jogging half an hour a day preferably in the early morning.

It looks pretty good as is. If you find that your weight loss slows you may need to substitute some new activities to keep your body from getting comfortable with the routine. Swimming is excellent cardio. Running in the pool is also great if you get to that level. Keep up the good work.

Do less exercise, eat more bananas, they are full of muscle. if you eat my banana i'll torture you. LOVE DADDY.

Looks like you have a good routine towards overall fitness. Just remember to burn more calories than you intake, if your trying to lose weight. Remeber to eat for fuel. Juicing, Soups, Fresh Milk, Vitamins Minerals. They all help. Personally. The FIRST four things i focus on when losing weight. are : 1. Continuous hight impact ab trainning.2. Daily running . { doesnt matter what time / Norm 45 min }3. Flexibility 4. Super Hydration.Good luck.

If you want to lose weight some weeks.You can try Lose weight a week plan first!Day 1:Eat the soup accompanied with watermelon and melon for your main food all day long. Consume a glass of unsweetened cranberry juice before you go to bed.Day 2:Stop eating fruit at all! Consume your soup and you are allowed to eat green salad. Make sure the salad contain no dressings, peas and corns.For dinner you can consume roasted potato or baked potato with butter (don’t ever think to fry it)Day 3:Consume the soup, salad and fruit but no potato today.Day 4:Eat the soup accompanied with a glass of skimmed milk. Consume 8 pieces of banana to provide your body enough energy. Your body now need carbohydrate and protein also calcium to lessen body need for sugar.Day 5Eat your soup again. Today you should consume salad and salmon fish. Make sure the salmon fish don’t exceed 10 ounces.Day 6You should consume maximum 10 ounces of meat along with your soup.
