| I am getting married in June and i really want to lose my belly flab. Other than pills and weight loss drinks what is the easiest thing to do to get rid of this? |

| It depends on how much you need to lose. I lost 60 lbs on weight watchers, but it took me longer than the time frame you have set. If you only have a little to lose, a combination of weight watchers and exercise would be a healthy, managed way to do it. |

| My sister is getting married in the beginning of June and I started at the beginning of the year to lose 25 pounds. I have 15 more to go. I basically started a vegan diet, no meat, no dairy. I eat lots of fresh veggies. Edamame for protein, broccoli and soy milk for calcium. I feel great! I also walk 5 miles 2 times a week. |

| There's a new study out that says people who started cardio workouts lost belly fat first, so i think that would be your best bet. Running burns lots of calories, and same with biking/swimming etc. |

| crunchesdo about 300 a day in the morning.eat more fiber and vitamin pillsdont take weight loss pirr or drinks, try to excersize it. till june you have enough time to gain a very good body by working out. |

| Do 45-60 minutes of aerobic activity daily....eat 5 small meals a day (healthy choices).....and do your crunches. There's really no easy way hun. |

| there is no such thing as easy weight loss..and i know the words u want to hear r ...." this is how to lose weight fast"...but u just need to run ur haeart out and eat very well...whole food complex carbs and water....but alot of running and cardio...also look into HIIT ( high intesity interval training) |
