To me those brands suck, but hey that's probably just me. The shoe you want should be over all comforable when you're exercising. If you run more than anything I (being a cross country runner) suggest getting a pair of Asics. They are perfect for running and other sports, shoot I've even worn them when I lift wieghts. And hint hint.........you can probably find a pretty cheap pair at a small shoe store or online. Best of luck.....

Tips to buy your running shoeUnderstand your foot type with the water/newspaper test outlined above . Feet swell over the course of the day or while running for a while, so it’s better to shop in the evenings, wearing the socks in which you would run. Shoe sizes and widths vary by brands, so definitely check out a few, more by fit than by size number alone. In the stores, try on, and walk in, several pairs. Insert your thumb between your heel and the shoe—there should be wiggle space. The fit of the running shoe should not be snug. Do not listen to sales talk that the shoe will loosen up with wear.Learn from the first store and then check out the next.Do not assume that the most expensive running shoe is the best for you—many in the USD 60-100 (Rs2,500-4,000) range could be just right for you. http://runningandliving.com/running_shoes.html

best shoe is the one that fits your foot snugly and does not pinch either your foot or your pocket.

Hi,I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.diet-fun-now.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.Good luck!
