Weight training is by far the best. Pilates and yoga won't do a thing for you. Also, CARDIO IS CRAP.Love Jack

I would suggest aerobic and weight training.Aerobic Exercising:3 times per week, conduct an exercise that keeps your heart rate elevated for at least 30-45 minutes (ex: walking, running, cycling, swimming, aerobics)Weight Training:Alternate days of aerobics with weight training. You will build muscles!Check out following link for more exercise ideas:

In my opinion, pilates, because as well as slimming your figure, you gain more control and sense of peace within your body.

Arms:Get two weights that are 3, 4, or 5 pounds. Do all different exercises with them for 10-15 minutes a day to tone your arms.Stomach:Definitely do pilates, I read about a million celebrities who did it and got a super flat stomach! Also, lay on the floor, hold your legs up high in the air pointing to the ceiling, and slowly lift them down to the floor and up, each time never touching the ground. It melts your stomach!Butt and Legs:Do both squats and lunges, plus do but squeezes to tone your butt...lol. Also, you should run at least a mile everyday to keep in shape, and jump rope at least 5 minutes in a row a day!Power yoga is good for you also!
