I'm not a very active person, so I try to do a decent amount of exercise each day, usually on an exercise bike. I'm not trying to lose weight, just to keep healthy, so I'm wondering: How many Kilometress should I cycle, and are there any other things I should do to simply stay reasonably fit?I'm not trying to lose weight, since my BMI is 15.Thanks.

half an hour making your heart pump about 80% of max heart rate (220-your age = max heart rate) every day is enough to keep u in shape.
