| I'm 5'5 and 130 lbs wanting to lose 10 lbs...Before at work, my old diet ..I would have doughnuts or fast food sandwiches n hashbrowns for breakfast quite often... lots of carbs at lunch (breads, potatos) ...seconds of these for snacks.. usually 2 helpings of dessert. My work caters lunch free everyday and theres endless amounts of food. This is an example of my new diet...Breakfast: 2 packets of oatmeal or some whole grain cereal with milk ...Lunches: steamed veggies and 6-8 little chunks of baked chicken breast OR a Healthy Choice or Smart Ones frozen meal thats 300 cal. or lessSnacks: Fruit mixed with 1 cup plain yogart and topped with grapenuts OR Soy Nuts and a cheese stick.Dinner will be what I want within reason and moderation.. making sure to cut out a lot of cheeses, sourcreams, and butters..Should this alone cause weight loss?? I do work out about 4-5 times a week doing an eliptical machine for 45 min and resistance arm bands for 15 |

| yes this is a big improvement on what you were eating. not that it sounds like you need to be on a diet. |
