But here is the deal,i jog a mile i go do 4 sets of a muscle then i go and do abs and kick box for 2 hours. Thing is i have a lot of muscle, and i dont want to lose it by losing body fat, can anyone tell me if i can do this and lose BODY FAT, withough losing MUSCLE MASS.I need to drop to 250, 40 pounds total+. Can anyone help me out. and i try to diet but hard to stick to diets, still, i eat healthy. Thanks |

| If you are 32% body fat you really do need to drop some of the fat. I doubt you can do that things you say with 32% body fat. Muscle weighs more that fat so the workouts should be getting rid of the fat. Check you diet and stop eating breads and fats and those 3 chickens a day. |

| You could try cutting back on fat in your diet. |
