i am really tired of certain areas of my body. i want them to be "thin" again. what do i have to do to lose the fat? i don't want to starve myself.

Exercise. If only certain parts you want to lose weight then you'd need to concentrate your exercises for those areas.

People who exercise regularly not only lose weight faster, they are more successful at keeping it off.
