| Heres a normal day on a school day.Breakfast @ 6:00 AM Special K cereal, chocolate milk(No lunch in school)Come home and eat Lunch @ 2:30 Pm - cold cut sandwich fruit Snack- fruit or maybe some sweet treats once in a blue6ish- dinner usually a couple of cuts of steak, or ribs or roastbeef with salad carrots etc.Sometimes snack after that.Exercise: 1 hour 2 times a week of Intense Training2 hours 2 times a week of indoor baseball training. Running through ladders and hurdles, then batting and catching and throwing. Also some regular hanging around with buddies |

| If you have intense training you will lose fat and gain muscle. Eat lots of protein to help you. More chicken,fish,eggs. Carbs are needed as well. You should eat like a king for breakfast. Eat less for lunch. Eat a smaller dinner than lunch. Drink plenty of water. |
