Heres a normal day on a school day.Breakfast @ 6:00 AM Special K cereal, chocolate milk(No lunch in school)Come home and eat Lunch @ 2:30 Pm - cold cut sandwich fruit Snack- fruit or maybe some sweet treats once in a blue6ish- dinner usually a couple of cuts of steak, or ribs or roastbeef with salad carrots etc.Sometimes snack after that.Exercise: 1 hour 2 times a week of Intense Training2 hours 2 times a week of indoor baseball training. Running through ladders and hurdles, then batting and catching and throwing. Also some regular hanging around with buddies

If you have intense training you will lose fat and gain muscle. Eat lots of protein to help you. More chicken,fish,eggs. Carbs are needed as well. You should eat like a king for breakfast. Eat less for lunch. Eat a smaller dinner than lunch. Drink plenty of water.
