I believe that I want to become a fitness instructor leaning on yoga/pilates. It's not about the money, it's about my well being. So with that said, does anyone has anyone taken the path to becoming an instructor and what qualifications are needed to do so? I want to do something that has to do with excercise all day. Or a great part. I believe it's going to cure most of my ills. I love tennis and basketball, but it's a little hard on the knee lately. So, I want to do something a little less harsh but defines and sculpts my muscles without making them look like the hulk! Jeez, I'm a woman, not a man!
