| I wanna start yoga but my body is not flexible AT ALL. (5'3'' and 98 lbs but still can't reach my toes.) Should I start to pilates first?Plus, my aim is having a round butt and making my breasts a little bigger.(I've never done any sports, I don't move much so my butt is flat and my breasts are not THAT perky.) How many times a week should I exercise and how long will it take to have the things I want?I'm 23 years old by the way. |

| pilates is wonderful, back when i was skinny i was never able to touch my toes, and i was even a cheerleader. when i gained weight, i started pilates to help me lose weight. I became very flexable after that and can now touch my toes, and do a lot of things i never thought i couold before |
