This isnt just some random thing, I really need it in a couple of months! Any really good web sites I can check that shows exactly how to do the exercises to not hurt my self and also maximum the out come?Thank you so much for helping guys! | Well, it depends on whether you have access to a gym. Basically you can try the usual crunches and sit-ups but your better off using moves that you wouldn't expect to help your abs. Try the plank, press-ups with single-arm dumbell rows, single arm deadifts etc, this will all work the muscles with weights so your abs will stick out and actually show. However, you've got to make sure you run...a lot. Again you can mix it up, go for a long steep run or just do some short sprints-keep your body guessing, this will burn any fat layers that are covering your 6-pack from showing. As for what to eat- keep carbs and fat to what you need, don't overeat, and your better having 5 small meals a day rather than 3 large ones. But at the end of the day if your working enough to burn it off, you can eat as much as your willing to exercise.Hope this helps |

| hiim in the exact same position as you same height, weight.for the last couple of weeks if found that reducing what i eat and doing a 45min cardio is getting rid of the excess fat and doing crunches and anything random with weights is defo bringing shape to my body. i actually lost 14lbs (1 stone) in the first week and then things started to stabilise and i just started building muscle.hope this helps. |
