| Okay, so I want to start exercising. I was thinking I could do an hr of pilates or yoga a day. However, the problem is I leave my house between 6:30 and 7:00 in the morning and don't get home until about 9:00 or 10:00 at night (it just depends on when I get off)... so when am I suppose to exercise. see I go to school all day and work at night..well any advice would be great |

| You can do the YOGA by morning or evening(night also).Before doing the yoga or any exercise you must follow the below rules:1. No solid food before 2-3 hrs. You should have empty stomach.2. Take a bath before doing yoga.If you have not time on morning or evening, you can do it before sleeping also. But follow the above rules.All the best.... |
