I've never really been into sports, but it's important to be active. I eat right and my weight is perfect. The only exercise I ever did was walking and biking everywhere I go. Let's say I wanted to boost my cardio a bit, take some of the stress off and sleep better. What would be the best type of exercise for me? Pilates? Tai Chi? Yoga? Karate? Jogging?

if you want to boost your cardio, running is the best way. Cardio is used to help burn calories so anything that requires you moving around a lot. Karate, kickboxing, spin class etc. If you want something that will help you sleep better, try yoga and pilates. Lifting weights is also a great idea it can help you burn calories as well

Walking is a good place to start. In any workout you need three main components. 1)Warm Up: This usually means some stretching and some light aerobic activity to get your blood flowing. 2) workout: you need to work up to and acheive your target heart rate for a targeted amout of time... 3) your cool down you need basically to do the reverse throttle down and stretch. Start out Slow and Build up gradually. Walking is a good excercise and you can also do Speed walking. It is low impact and does not tax your body so much... Eventaully you can work up to running or some cardio Kickboxing...Good luck
